At Matchbox Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original Matchbox gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
