How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 2 hours of placement, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.
